Categories and source

The category groups the course for learners (Technical, Quality, Sales, Warehouse, Admin, or one you create). The source records where the content comes from:

• Internal – Cirtech – our own material.
• Internal – Partner – partner-licensed material used internally.
• External – a third-party course, like Health & Safety.

Source is separate from accreditation – a course can be external but non-accredited, or internal and accredited.
