Public and private video

For public explainers, paste a YouTube or Vimeo link into the video lesson.

For private or sensitive video – an internal process, a CRM how-to – do not put it on YouTube. Upload the file from the Media library instead and it plays on the site. Large files are best uploaded once to the Media library and then chosen in the lesson, which keeps things fast.
