The Admin hub

The Admin link opens a single hub – Manage the academy – with a card for each management area: the Progress Matrix, Training Log, Courses, Add and Import a course, Certificates, Categories and Design Tokens. Everything runs inside the friendly front end, so there is no need to visit the WordPress back end.

Which cards a person sees depends on their permissions – so a course owner sees the course tools, while a full admin sees everything, including this permissions screen.
